The Show offers an excellent “shop window” in which to promote, display and market your products in a variety of ways.

Trade exhibition space is always at a premium - enquiries for 2012 exhibition space should be made in November/December 2011 to be included on the mailing list for application forms for next year.

Trophies for Best Overall tradestand and Best Small tradestand and Best Agricultural related stand.

Trade Stands (open trade space)

Rates for 2012:

• 5 metres frontage @ £105.00 + VAT
• 6 metres frontage @ £120.00 + VAT
• 7 metres frontage @ £135.00 + VAT
• 8 metres frontage @ £145.00 + VAT
• 9 metres frontage @ £155.00 + VAT
• 10 metres frontage @ £165.00 + VAT
• 12 metres and over @£15.00 + VAT  per metre

All stands have a depth of at least 9 metres. Minimum 5m frontage.

Electricity is available on some sites @ £80.00 + VAT (13 amp)

Covered Trade Space

Food Court – Rates for 2012:

Stand 3.0 metres x 3.0 metres (approx.) –  £95.00 + VAT

• Electric plug available @ £40.00 + VAT

Shopping Arcade - Rates for 2012:

Stand 3.5 metres x 3.7 metres (approx.) –  £95.00 + VAT

• Electric plug available @ £40.00 + VAT

Conservation Area – Rates for 2012:

£65.00 per Stand + VAT – Exhibitors can sell products.

Craft Demonstration Marquee - Rates for 2012:

Stand  2.75 metres x 1.85 metres (approx.) – £45.00 plus VAT

• Electricity – £5.00 + VAT.

Exhibitors are required to ‘Demonstrate’ in this marquee.
